Golf Registration

Dear Friends and Family,

The L&W Supply team and O’mazing O’pportunities invites you to the Ninth Annual L&W Supply Hospice Open. We are very excited to be holding this year’s tournament at Wanakah Country Club in Hamburg, New York again.

 

As you may know O’mazing O’pportunities became an official 501C-3 Non-For-Profit in 2023, with one of our missions to provide financial support to Hospice organizations for their “Omazing” support in caring for my family during a difficult time.  Proceeds from this event will be donated to Hospice of Metropolitan Erie and Sloan Comfort Care Home.

 

Thanks to all of you that have supported and attended our past golf tournaments, we are offering all return golfers early registration. The Early Bird registration fee per golfer is $300 or $1,200.00 a foursome if purchased before July 15, 2025. After July 15th  the price per golfer will be $375.00 or $1,500.00 a foursome and registration will be open to everyone on our waitlist. There are multiple sponsorships available, please provide payment and logo information upon registration.
